Summary of cover

Period

Our warranty and guarantee cover the Chip Tuning Remap product for a period of 12 months from the date of installation or 12,000 miles, whichever is shorter. This period is subject to a maximum of 60,000 miles or 36 months.

Conditions and Limits

To ensure that you can make a valid claim, please note that:

Failure to follow the manufacturer's recommended maintenance procedures will invalidate any claim.
No economic or consequential loss is payable.
The warranty does not cover claims arising from:
- Competitions, track days, pacemaking, or rallying.
- Normal wear and tear or deterioration.
- Modifications to the vehicle that lead to defects.
We cannot be held responsible for any modifications made to the vehicle that result in defects.

Disclaimer

By allowing us to install the remap calibration software, you acknowledge that:

You are responsible for the software and its use.
You accept full responsibility for ensuring that the remap calibration complies with local laws and regulations.
Chip Tuning Remap and its associates will not be held liable for any claims arising from your actions once the calibrations have taken place.
We reserve the right to refuse our service if we deem that the vehicle's condition is not suitable for an ECU remap.

By installing our remap calibration software, you confirm that you have read and understood these terms and conditions.
